Job Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Writing, editing and promotion of content
- Lead the charge in web design and development
- Manage and grow digital campaigns
- Strategy and business development
- Analyze web and social metrics to create traffic reports
- Create and implement social media strategy
- Maintain relationships with a variety of freelance partners in the PR/Advertising space
- Manage direct reports and delegate responsibilities
- 2-5+ years experience in strategizing digital and/or social media for a brand or entity
- experience working with social media marketing campaigns, both organic and paid
- experience representing brands on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- ability to manage and execute marketing efforts including support for campaigns, content strategy, influencer and amplifier engagement, live events, product releases, promotions, partnerships, etc.
- ability to produce campaign reports including key insights, popular content, engagement, and monitoring results
- vision to identify opportunities to improve campaigns and enhance results
- skills to dive deep on product analysis using tools like Google Analytics
- a strong interest in technology and how it can support clients' efforts
- ability to analyze website design and layout to identify problem spots or optimization points
- graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) with excellent design taste
- superior writing, editorial, and presentation skills
- ability to work on a variety of projects at once and multi-task to meet ongoing deadlines in fast-paced environment
- strong work ethic, desire to work hard to grow the business
- willingness to learn about other specialties within the company, such as licensing, business development and more
- experience in social advertising with Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, etc.
- basic knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing, including understanding of HTML markup
- familiarity with popular content management systems (CMS) like Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
- knowledge of industry tools like Google AdWords, Twitter Ads, Facebook Advertising
- great sense of humor and enjoys a fun and wacky work environment
Not required, but beneficial:
- experience with email marketing campaigns, platforms, and tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact)
- experience with web design, UX or coding
